Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship globally with exceptions only in some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain products and to ensure the highest quality standards for our film photography community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Photo Chemistry supplies (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Movie Film (specialized product requiring specific storage conditions)
  • Movie Scans (digital service once delivered)

All other products including cameras, 4×5 – 8×10 films, and accessories are eligible for return within the specified timeframe.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: Our film photography experts will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship to Us: Send your return to:

  5. Include Documentation: Place a copy of your return authorization email inside the package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase:
    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process outlined above. Please indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item. We will ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return.

Exchange shipping is free of charge for customers in our service areas (global with exceptions only in some Asian countries and remote locations).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged item.
