3. Order and Payment Terms

When you place an order with Canon® Shop, you agree to the following:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and you authorize us to charge the total amount at the time of purchase.
• Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.
  We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local services.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at [email protected]. After this period, orders cannot be modified as processing begins.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund with a prepaid shipping label.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using trackable and insured shipping to ensure safe delivery.
